8/10 Stars:

Still only 22 years old, Luke Jackson is a singer-songwriter who is creating a stir with his defiantly genre crossing, well crafted songs. Even when he was still in his teens his work was recognised by the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, being nominated in two categories. Since then, his songwriting has gained maturity and his live performances are receiving plaudits across the board. An acoustic guitar sits in the midst of magical arrangements, an engine driving some really meaningful songs. Tall Tales And Rumours is only his fourth album and if the momentum continues, we’re going to see great things in the future.

Standout Track: Finding Home

For Fans Of : Ed Sheeran, Glen Hansard.
